Meet your instructors
Carolyn (Caz) Howard
Studio Owner / Principal Trainer
Carolyn started her Pilates journey over 17 years ago when living in Tasmania, Australia. A keen runner, Carolyn had sustained an injury and was told by her medical practitioner to stop running. Thankfully, her osteopath mentioned that she had heard about this, then little known, discipline called Pilates that had a very holistic approach to wellness and rehabilitation. Immediately captivated by the mind / body connection of the practice Carolyn had found her calling…and still runs today.
In the Pilates method Carolyn could see the opportunity to reach the needs of individuals who were looking for anything from peak performance to injury recovery. From being the best version of themselves to degenerative physical condition rehabilitation. Carolyn saw the various elements of Pilates as pieces of a puzzle that could be put together to meet the diverse goals of her clients.
Today Carolyn practices from her renowned studio in Port Macquarie, Australia and is committed to delivering the highest standard of one-on-one, class and group instruction and is also a trainer of the Pilates method.
Carolyn is a Principal Trainer in the Pilates method, the highest level of membership from the Pilates Alliance – received in recognition of her experience and qualifications.

Student Pilates Instructor
Natalie Started her journey 13 years ago when she discovered the Pilates method while living in Sydney, finding it be a great way to build strength and tone the body, but in way that was gentle on the body.
3 Years later, Natalie fractured her sacrum while living in the UK. With Pilates still not being a well-known part of the rehabilitation process in the UK at this time, Natalie was extremely grateful of her prior knowledge of its amazing mind & body benefits, and so sought out a studio that offered rehabilitation using the Pilates method. She truly believes that without the Pilates rehab she would not be living the pain free life she is now enjoying.
Back in Australia, Natalie continued to use the Pilates method attending classes a couple of times a week. Now a mother of 2 and living in beautiful Port Macquarie Natalie is currently completing her Diploma of Contemporary Pilates with Tensegrity Training.
Throughout her journey, Natalie has considered her Pilates instructors to have played a very special role helping in so many more ways than just physically, and now she is excited to share her passion with others and help them on their Pilates journey.
